Mr. Dasuki I. Galadanci

Mr. Galadanci is a seasoned financial and public policy expert with over 30 years of leadership experience spanning investment banking, public sector reform, and strategic economic planning. He holds a B.Sc. and Master’s Degree in Public Policy Administration and Public Finance, along with a certification in Corporate Governance from Dubai, UAE.  

His career began at the famous ICON Limited (Merchant Bankers), a subsidiary of Morgan Guaranty Trust Bank (New York, USA) in 1985, Baring Brothers (United Kingdom), and evolved into prominent roles advising both federal and state governments in Nigeria.  

He has served as a consultant on major national projects, including the drafting and implementation of the Sovereign Wealth Fund bill, the Pension Reform Act 2004, the National Integrated Infrastructure Master Plan (2014-2043), and the Economic Recovery Growth Plan (ERGP 2017-2020).  

As a technical assistant to the National Economic Management Team and adviser during the global financial crisis, Mr. Galadanci helped shape Nigeria’s fiscal strategy and economic resilience frameworks. His experience spans collaboration with key institutions like CBN, FIRS, DMO, and NDIC.

A thought leader in private-public partnerships and policy innovation, Mr. Galadanci has played a central role in initiatives to attract foreign direct investments in critical sectors such as mining, petrochemicals, agriculture, and infrastructure. He has also served on multiple government boards and reform committees, offering strategic insights on cost optimization, governance, and public finance management.

Mr. Galadanci’s leadership training focuses on transformational leadership, economic strategy, corporate governance, and public sector efficiency. His dynamic and results- driven approach –rooted in deep policy knowledge and hands-on management –equips leaders to navigate complex financial and governance environments while driving sustainable development outcomes.
