Obianuju Rebecca Chime is a strategic leadership and organizational development professional with over 20 years of cross-sector experience in monitoring and evaluation, human resource management, corporate services, institutional development and administration. She is an ITCILO-certified Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist, an ISO 27001 Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) Implementer and Auditor, a Chartered Administrator and has a Master (M.Ed.) in Education Management and Planning.

She has successfully led organizational transformation initiatives, developed performance management and monitoring systems, facilitated capacity-building programmes, and strengthened institutional effectiveness for public, private and development-sector organizations. Her expertise spans strategic planning, human capital development, organizational diagnostics, programme evaluation, stakeholder engagement and data-informed decision-making.
