MELANGE CONSULTING was established in 2010 as an indigenous management consulting outfit in Nigeria. Due to the need for a more diversified company in both ownership and services, it gave birth to MELANGE ASSOCIATES AND CONSULTING CO. LTD in 2019 as its successor.

Melange’s ownership and management team include eminent personalities who have worked in the best-in-class organisations in the industry and are capable of providing the needed leadership to the group at the highest level of policy-making.

It has in its faculty experienced consultants and subject matter experts with diverse backgrounds, many of whom are certified professionals and ivy league graduates.

Melange team is led by a Certified Management Trainer, Strategic and Quality Management System (ISO-9001) consultant.
