Doris Nwankwo

She is a Fellow of the Institute of Personnel Management and Administrators of Nigeria (FIPMAN), a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (MCIPM) and a member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (Chartered) (MNIM). A Human Resource Management Consultant, a Change Manager and a Counsellor.

With over 25 years of work experience in HR and Administration, she led Oxfam in Nigeria, an International Non-Governmental Organisation (INGO), through a tedious but successful Change Management Process that brought all Oxfam Affiliates in Nigeria to become one Oxfam. She accomplished this in 2017 as the Change Manager for Oxfam in Nigeria.

She has a Master’s Degree in Administration and Certificates in Human Resource Management for Recruitment, Selection & Placement. Also for Industrial/Employee Relations. She loves reading, travelling and meeting people.
