The Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria (RRBN), under the leadership of Prof. Mark Okeji, reaffirmed its commitment to continuous professional development by hosting the 2024 General Staff Training at the FCTA Training Centre from November 25th to 28th, 2024.

As a learning organisation, RRBN prioritises human capacity development to enhance staff performance and service delivery. To achieve this, Melange Associate and Consulting Ltd was once again invited to facilitate the annual general staff re-orientation programme on “Enhanced Performance Management and Staff Productivity.”

The two-day training, conducted in two batches, focused on equipping staff with modern strategies for improving efficiency, productivity, and service quality. The sessions covered key aspects of performance management, organisational growth, and professional best practices in regulatory service delivery.

By fostering a culture of learning and re-orientation, RRBN continues to strengthen its workforce, ensuring it meets evolving industry standards and delivers exceptional services in the radiography profession across Nigeria.
